DOG FRIENDLY

We’re happy to welcome friendly, well-behaved dogs at Dixieland Cabins! While we love animals, we are dog-friendly only—unfortunately, we do not allow cats due to allergy sensitivities and cleaning/damage concerns.

 

There is a $40 per pet fee to help cover additional cleaning, and we ask that pups be kenneled or crated when left alone in the cabin. As with any pet-friendly stay, we do expect dogs to be kept on a leash when outside and for owners to clean up any waste.

While rare, if a dog becomes aggressive toward others or is constantly barking, we will require the pet to be boarded offsite. Thankfully, that’s never been an issue here—we’ve had wonderful furry guests!
